Terms of Service

Last updated: March 20, 2026

1. Agreement to Terms

By creating an account or using inFlow ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These terms apply to all users of the Service, including businesses that have signed up independently and clients onboarded through our managed service.

2. Description of Service

inFlow is a business platform that provides website building, lead capture, and pipeline management tools for small and service-based businesses. Features include an embeddable consultation wizard, lead management dashboard, Google Sheets integration, and a website builder with custom domain support.

Some users access inFlow through a managed service arrangement, where we handle setup, advertising, and ongoing management on their behalf. These arrangements are governed by a separate service agreement.

3. Account Registration

To use inFlow you must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password with others.

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to enter into this agreement on behalf of your business.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these terms.

4. Subscription and Billing

The self-serve plan is billed at $75 per month. Your subscription begins when you complete registration and continues on a monthly basis until cancelled.

You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain access until then.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

5. Your Data and Content

You retain ownership of all data and content you upload or create within inFlow, including lead data, website content, and custom fields.

By using the Service you grant us a limited license to store and process your data for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not sell your data to third parties.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to collect and process any lead data captured through your forms, and that you comply with applicable privacy laws.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Send spam or unsolicited communications
  • Collect leads in violation of privacy laws
  • Impersonate another business or person
  • Attempt to access other tenants' data
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

7. Service Availability

We aim to keep inFlow available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages beyond our control.

We are not liable for losses resulting from downtime or service interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, inFlow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Privacy

We collect account information, usage data, and lead data processed on your behalf. We use this data to operate and improve the Service.

We take security seriously. Credentials are encrypted at rest and access tokens expire quickly. We don't store your password in plain text.

We don't sell your data or your leads to anyone. The only time your data touches a third party is when you connect a service yourself — like Google Sheets.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. If something important changes, we'll let you know by email or through the dashboard before it takes effect. If you keep using inFlow after that, we'll take that as agreement.
